Privacy notice

This notice explains how Firebird IT Consulting and Services handles personal data for DeepXRoute, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

• Account: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash) and optional two-step authentication settings.
• Billing: the name, address and country you enter for invoices, and your payment history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and security: which models you use, token or unit counts, cost, timestamps, API key identifiers and IP addresses, used for billing, limits and abuse prevention.
• Support: messages you send us.

2. Prompts, files and outputs

Your prompts and inputs are sent to the AI model supplier you select so it can produce a response. DeepXRoute does not store chat prompt or response text, except when you turn on optional response caching. Generated images and videos are stored privately for 7 days so you can download them. Images you upload as inputs are kept for up to 24 hours. Each model supplier handles data under its own terms.

3. How we use data

To provide and bill for the service, secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, issue invoices and receipts, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe, for payments.
• AI model suppliers, to process your requests.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (servers in Singapore), and our email provider when we send account email.
• Authorities, where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Billing and financial records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and access is restricted. API keys and passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask us to limit processing. Email contactus@firebirds.cc.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in to the console. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
