Terms of service

These terms govern your use of DeepXRoute, including the website, console and API. DeepXRoute is operated by Firebird IT Consulting and Services (SSM registration LA0056051-X), Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. By creating an account or buying credit, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DeepXRoute gives you one account and API for using third-party AI models for chat, image, video, embedding and reranking. Models are provided by third-party suppliers. Their availability, behaviour and output quality can change, and we may add, change or remove models.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys secure. You are responsible for all usage under your account and keys. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
3. Prepaid credit and pricing
Usage is paid from prepaid credit in US dollars. Prices are shown in the console before you use a model. Each request reserves its maximum possible cost and is charged for actual reported usage. We may change prices for future usage; changes do not affect usage already charged. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use DeepXRoute to break the law, infringe others' rights, create or distribute malware, attack or overload systems, attempt unauthorised access, evade our limits or billing, or generate content that the relevant model supplier prohibits. We may suspend or close accounts that do so.
5. Your content
You keep your rights in your inputs and outputs. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, including sending them to the model supplier you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit and for how you use outputs.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, supplier outages or capacity limits may affect availability.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, payment disputes or legal requirements. You may close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
AI output can be inaccurate; review it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
