DeepXRoute sells prepaid usage credit, a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

How credit is delivered

After you pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, the credit is added to your DeepXRoute wallet automatically once Stripe confirms the payment. This usually takes less than a minute. You can see it in the console under Billing, together with your invoice and receipt.

Delayed payments

Some payment methods confirm later. Credit is added as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. Returning to the site before confirmation does not add credit.

Using your credit

Credit is available immediately for any model shown in the console, at the USD price shown before use. Purchased credit does not expire while your account is open.

Problems

If you were charged but the credit has not appeared within one hour, email contactus@firebirds.cc with your payment reference. If we cannot add the credit, we refund the payment as described in our refund policy.
